Easy Read Version

The Dairy House opened in September 2009, set amongst a country landscape whilst remaining walking distance to the town centre and local amenities.

Care and support is provided to people with severe or profound and multiple needs, including additional mobility issues and high levels of vulnerability including complex epilepsy.

The Dairy House has 15 bedrooms in total, all fitted with ensuite bathrooms and ceiling tracking hoists where required. The home is discretely separated into two parts, named Meadow View and Cloverfield, to provide smaller and more person centred living arrangements. Both Meadow View and Cloverfield have large lounges, dining rooms, kitchens and medication rooms, with ground floor bedrooms having access onto individual patio/garden areas. Two of the bedrooms upstairs also have access to balconies.

Cloverfield is situated towards the front of the house with five bedrooms on the ground floor and three bedrooms upstairs, all accessible via a lift. Meadow View is situated towards the back of the house with seven bedrooms on the ground floor.

The homes benefit from being located in close proximity to therapeutic resources, including full sized Hydrotherapy-pool.
